COFFEE ROASTING - WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG TO LEARN ABOUT?
I thought I knew what good coffee tasted like. Over the years I have had really bad coffee and a few good cups. But now that I am roasting, I have great coffee everyday.

The IR2 vented through the Jennair - works great!
I started with the Poppery II on the same spot. I would place a strainer on the vent to catch the chaff during roasting. I cooled the beans with an aluminum pizza pan with holes. It worked great.
