This is my first blog. I have been working on this page all morning. It's been a long time since I have updated the photos. I'm not sure what else to add to the Coffee page - perhaps what I like my beans to look like. Pretty boring!
I have to update the car photos since I have new rims and wiring was cleaned up. I have to thank my friend Dave Hillberry for the long hours he spent on my car. He is a great electrician. He is working on a Cobra now - BAD!
I will be roasting today. Will be finishing off some beans I got from Blackwater Roasting in Stockton California. Don't know what region they came from, but they are delicious roasted to City+ (my preference). All of my roasting has been done using visual means up to now. I have decided to try some of the profiles Tom recommends for the specific beans I have purchased from SM. WIll let you know how that goes.
Ordered my first Kona last night. Really excited about receiving the beans.
I guess that's it for now. Time to fire-up the IR2.
